Jennifer Wilson an enrolled member of the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians, currently resides in Reston, VA, with her family. Armed with a BA in History and a minor in Cherokee Studies, she is proud to contribute to the national Native American nonprofit sector. With nearly two decades of experience as a beadwork artist, she has expanded her artistic horizons to include laser cutting and engraving, focusing on traditional Cherokee designs and motifs.
Her passion lies in bringing authentic Cherokee designs and goods into people’s homes and lives on a larger scale. Drawing on a lifetime of cultural knowledge, she strives to breathe new life into historic designs, creating contemporary artwork that resonates with both the past and the present.
